SO2 Sensor

Introduction

♦ SO₂ Sensor can be used to detect SO₂ produced in chemical reaction, concentration of SO2 in air and vehicle exhaust.

Usage

♦  Connect SO₂ Sensor to datalogger and datalogger to computer.

♦  Open SWR iLab. The sensor has been calibrated before manufacturing. If the measuring is not correct, you can calibrate it.

♦  The sensor is required to be preheated by using experiment software. Place the sensor into environment to be measured.

♦  Preserve SO₂ electrode in proper place after using.

Notes

♦  The sensor is required to be preheated.

♦  Do not touch it to liquid or other organic matter. Use and preserve it in dry place. Otherwise, those matters could damage the electrode.

♦  SO₂ Sensor electrode has limited service life according to its working principle.

♦  There will be slightly delay occurred due to chemical reaction.

♦  External power supply is required during measuring.
